Melaka - All about Foods

Going to Melaka to me is really all about eating the authentic food available there...Like Penang foods, there is no way you can enjoy them in KL....So here are the few place I drop by. My guru in term of makan had to be the famous blogger Jason, he recommend a few blog where I check out to find where to eat.


1st stop took us a while to find it even thought it is on the main road. The shop name is called Nyonya Delight. We tried the delicious laksa and cendol which was perfect for my taste...for address check out their facebook.

2rd stop is probably one of the more popular eatery you find if you tried to google place to eat in Melaka Nadeje Patisserie...Here they served the popular French pastry mille crepe (something like layer cake). There is quite a lot of flavor but we order the Tiramisu and Dark chocolate. Here is their website.

3rd stop need no introduction because every tom dick and harry not from Melaka will sure to go when visiting Melaka, Capitol satay celup.


Last stop for the day is supper, we wanted to try a night porridge which Jason once recommended but we look high and low but can not find because of the stupid address format in Melaka....story cut short we found a shop which claim they were the original shop but in the end we found we were con big time so here I wouldn't post any detail on the shop even thought the food was not bad...



A simple breakfast to start the day...To me a cup of Malaysia white coffee is the best and cheap way to start thing off.


Last stop before going back...Donald and Lili also need no introduction but they had move to new location...which I think had lost a bit of spicy not in term of food but the whole atmosphere. Check out their facebook for the new address.
